Work Experience: Extensive background in Investment Banking and Financial Consulting.

Former General Manager of Rosario Fiduciaria. He is a member of the Advisory Board of Endeavor Litoral.

Juan Ignacio Perpen

Certified Accountant (UCEL). Postgraduate studies in Finance (UNR) and a Master in Business Administration (IAE Business School).

Work Experience: Extensive background in Capital Markets, with a strong focus on Private Banking for both individual and institutional investors.

He is currently also the Capital Markets manager at Rosental Inversiones.

Federico Giardini

Bachelor degree in Business Administration (UNR). Diploma in Finance (UC Berkeley) and Masters degree in Corporate Finance (SDA Bocconi, Milan). Graduated as a Professional Business Director (IGEP).

Work Experience: Federico was part of the Structured Finance team at JP Morgan. He also worked in the Economic Research and Capital Markets department at the Bolsa de Comercio de Rosario.

He is currently a member of the teaching staff for training and education programs at the Bolsa de Comercio de Rosario and at different universities.

Ignacio Valdez

Public Accountant (UNR). Master in Economics (UCEMA) and Doctorate in Economics (UCEMA).

He held management positions in the Argentine Stock Market. Auditor at Deloitte & Co. SA and was part of Rosario Fiduciaria in structuring.

He is a Professor in Economics and Finance chairs (UCA – Universidad Austral). Integrates the teaching staff in training and training programs of the Rosario Stock Exchange.

Maria Florencia López

Certified Accountant (UNR) and a Masters in Finance (UTDT).

Work Experience: Florencia has worked advising companies in finance, accounting and administrative areas. Vast experience in Capital Markets and expertise in credit portfolio analysis, structured finance and assets’ auditing.

She is part of the teaching staff for training at the Bolsa de Comercio de Rosario.

Maria Laura Catania

Work Experience: Extensive career in corporate finance. Specialized in credit risk analysis and developing financing solutions within the Capital and Banking Markets. Experience in structuring Financial Trusts and business valuations.

She is part of the teaching staff for financial specialization courses at the Bolsa de Comercio de Rosario.

Diego Palomeque

Work Experience: Formerly a Financial Manager at Cargill from 1998 to 2008, Board Member and Chief Financial Officer of MSU from 2008 to 2016. Diego structured numerous debt issuances and managed portfolios for institutional investors.
